Include a tutorial on how to find eccentricity of the rotation #56

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes the image acquisition plane is not aligned with the rotation plane. The derotation algorithm can correct for that if instructed correctly and there is a module dedicated to calculate these eccentricity details. Though it's not explicit in the docs how to do that.

Make a tutorial in the examples category on how to use fit ellipse and blob detection to achieve this result.
