Automatic install script

A similar UX to n-install.

Run $ sudo curl -L https://git.io/vxpck | bash on a freshly installed Pi and it'll be ready to use.

Functionalities:

• install node and npm if required
• clone the repo
• install add-to-systemd and lil-pids globally
• npm install
• npm run build
• add the service to systemd
• start the service
• run some tests?

This worked amazingly well for my Pi Zero W.

I've added the hostname -s to the final print ;)

I get EACCESS errors with node gyp like this homebridge/homebridge#405

Maybe we can edit the install from sudo npm install to sudo npm install --unsafe-perm
I ended up solving it with https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29468404/gyp-warn-eacces-user-root-does-not-have-permission-to-access-the-dev-dir

I will also try this on a truly fresh pi to see what happens.

This is a bug I'm aware of. I think it appears if you install seeder with sudo. This is why I want to try it without that.

If it does work with --unsafe-perm then sure, change it.
