功能失效，安装插件，启用，经测试显示空白！！建议取消，原插件三年没维护了。

NexT 使用的 lazyload 库换过一次： theme-next/hexo-theme-next#957

当时的核心问题是没有在渲染阶段将 src 替换为 data-src，所以 lazyload 不起作用

hexo-renderer-marked 已支持 lazyload hexojs/hexo-renderer-marked#156
