Search function causes restart of the app for users with many files

Steps to reproduce

1. open the application use the Search Icon
2. enter a search value
3. use return to start the search process

Expected behaviour

The application show the search results, and show the wanted files.

Actual behaviour

The application is automatically closed and restarted.
If i close the application and delete cache, i can once successful reach the file.
I create into the same Nextcloud Instance a new User, with less files available. The search function works.

Additional

I activate the expert mode and can see the protocol function.
However even after the crash, no log is generated, so I can not provide an error log.

Same behaviour with 3.0rc1 - App crashes or dont find anything.
Accounts with smaller amount of files work.

@AndyFx12 could you try the 3.0 RC3 if the application crashed still. I can successfully search on my server v12.0.5 - the application crashed only once. After restart application i can search

I'm on 3.0.0 from playstore/beta, server is 13.0.0. Problem exists. I have nearly 30000 files on my account.
I've tested latest version from f-droid, too. Same behaviour.
There's a crash on first run. After restart it doesn't crash but it searches endless without an result.

Currently I compare Server 12 with 13. I recognize that the file upload on the Server v13 extremely slow. I tried to create a test environment, with the same range of files from my productive Server. Then I can check the search function again.

Hi, I checked this issue again. And the Problem still appears. Every time if I search a file on the Server, the application notice restart.

How many files in total on account are we talking about?
And approx. how big is the search result?

I have 16152 Files into 1587 Folder, with 21 search results. With the Samsung Galaxy S9 - v8.0 i can also search for the file extension, and get return 194 results.

I don't have any issues since i change my device to Samsung S9 with v8

Sorry for this bad bug-report - my smartphone is Motorola Moto G4 Play with Android 7.1.1.
I think it has some less power than a S8 or S9 ;-)

@AndyFx12 no i don't think it depends on the CPU Power from your phone, it depends on the Android Version.

Previously I had a Sony Xperia Z5 v7.1.1, and with this I was able to reproduce the problem.
