Switch to `longtext` in `oc_appconfig_exe` and `oc_preferences_ex` tables

Soon there will appear an availability to declare settings for ExApps, and we should keep consistency of field types with default tables(as scheme for declare settings will be the same between PHP apps and ExApps).

`configvalue` field should be `longtext` instead of `varchar(255)`
