Outdated docs (ICS file import and other settings well hidden)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open calendar in web, try to follow the docs (https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/32/user_manual/en/groupware/calendar.html#import-a-calendar)
2. Realize there's no "Import calendar" button at all

Import button visible

Actual behavior

No import button visible at all. Likely not related to #7822.

UPDATE: Comparing this with https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/32/user_manual/en/groupware/calendar.html#import-a-calendar I found the function.

Update the docs!!! Neither https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/32/user_manual/en/groupware/calendar.html#import-a-calendar nor https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/user_manual/en/groupware/calendar.html#import-a-calendar reflect the current UI of the calendar app. Wasted 30 minutes...
