user still assigned, after user is in NC deleted

tested with Deck 0.3.0 and NC 13.0.0 RC1

Steps to reproduce

1. Assign a user ("D") to a card
2. Delete the user in NC
3. Open the board again
   

Expected behaviour

The deleted user is deassigned from all cards

Actual behaviour

1. The deleted user is not deassigned from the card
2. The avatar in the card has the "correct" color of the deleted user
3. In the right property-view there is a assigned user with "?", which I can't remove in the pop-up

Thanks for reporting. We already do that for acls so it might also be a good starter issue to delete assigned users as well at

deck/lib/AppInfo/Application.php

Same issue, when user is only unassigned from the board (and not deleted)

steps to reproduce

1. Assign card to user
2. Remove the user from the users, who are assigned to the board
3. The card is still assigned to the user, although the user isn't assigned to the board

Only for information, cause concerns only when a user was deleted, while an old version of deck was installed:
Steps to reproduce
When deck 0.3.0 is installed and the deleted user is still assigned (like above) and i update deck to v0.3.1-rc1 the deleted user is still assigned in v0.3.1-rc1 and I can't remove the deleted user in the pop-up.
