changable wide of the decks

Steps to reproduce

1. create 1 deck
2. add 10 deks in your one deck
3. try to change the wide of the decs trying to put all the decs in one screen

Expected behaviour

User can't change the default wide of the deck. So some of the decks are hidden

Some decks are hidden

We experimented with a dynamic stack width in the past but didn't came to a satisfying solution, that allowed to keep all information rendered on the cards. See #82 for reference. To get an overview of all cards you might use the browser zoom functionality, but I see no reasonable solution to show all stacks by default, as there could be an infinite number of those.
