Steps to reproduce

1. Type a very large number
2. Observe

Expected behavior

Should show correct digits, and should probably be clamped. Seems not to be an overflow issue, but precision is lost?

https://github.com/nextcloud/ios/pull/3915/changes On iOS client I clamped it to 1 billion to avoid similar issues.
