Abandondened as of NC 25, needs README, maybe tooling config #288
Description
With NC 25 it is unbundled from NC 25 as the viewer app takes over the functionality.
This should be reflected in the README, dependabot and similar tools or test configs might need to be update, so only the support stable branches are still active.
