A very frustrating experience #126

I want to move away from Microsoft and don't even want to implement OpenAI. My goal is to use as much open source as possible, especially regarding internal data. What good is Nextcloud if I'm still sharing all my internal information with Microsoft and OpenAI through the back door? I need to offer my employees and management added value first, and Nextcloud alone doesn't create that "wow" factor!

It was already a huge undertaking to implement Flow, or rather Windmill, properly. NGINX and similar technologies were the primary problem, but the documentation is really not very clear or well-structured. The other flows directly integrated into Nextcloud are laughable; nobody can really do anything with them. Windmill is truly a game-changer with endless potential.

Once it was up and running, the disillusionment set in. So much for quickly setting up a flow and creating anything you want. It's scripting hell, searching for API keys, and wading through documentation that's poorly organized. Creating a simple flow from a Nextcloud form—for example, saving the data to a Nextcloud table, creating a deckboard, generating a PDF, and sending it to the form filler—is incredibly frustrating. I'm currently stuck at the "Create the deckboard" stage.

The few flows available in the Hub are helpful, but there's no documentation on how to use them. For instance, with the table flow and a form with attachments, you have to painstakingly rewrite the data. Now I wanted to integrate Groq; the documentation says it works, but Windmill says no. I suspect it's due to the completely outdated version.

Please, please create more flows to quickly implement simple processes like the ones described. Finding the IDs for the tables, deckboard, etc., is already complex enough. I have nothing against scripting, but if I have to rewrite the code just to get the smallest thing working, then I don't need Windmill or flows at all; I might as well just program and develop directly.

Sorry, but this had to be said, and of course it can cost something, just so there's no misunderstanding! :)
