1.3.0 - Windmill: Deno core is not enabled

Hi everyone!

After the update of Flow to 1.3.0 on my Nextcloud instance, the python scripts in Windmill do not run any more, for example:

ExecutionErr: Error during isolated evaluation of expression flow_input.event.values[0].value[0].id:
Deno core is not enabled

Flow runs in Docker with image ghcr.io/nextcloud/flow:1.3.0
Nextcloud is version 32.0.3, running on Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, Apache 2.4.58-1ubuntu8.8, PHP-FPM 8.3.6-0ubuntu0.24.04.6

In my case, I can manually run python scripts via "Test this step", but the CORE:LISTEN_TO_EVENT Deno script that is required to actually trigger a workflow fails with the same error (Deno core not enabled)
