Potential wording problem when using anonymous forms

Describe the bug
The text "answers are anonymous" is not correct, depending on the content of the form.

For example:

• I make a survey for an upcoming event. To be able to filter out double answers and to know who is coming, I ask for the names.
• The link is shared among the potential persons for this event.
• I get more or less nice messages from persons about the form not being anonymous, despite saying so.

Expected behavior

• Either the text should say "Answers are not linked to your Nextcloud account." instead of "Answers are anonymous.". But this could also lead to confusion, as not every person with a link knows what a Nextcloud account is. So probably not the best alternative.
• Or the text should be adaptable.

Oh, didn't find this MR and also not the very recent other issue. Sorry for that.

The suggestion from #1623 (comment) (to not enable anonymous + share via public link) is probably what I'll be doing for the next form I create. I somehow thought this checkmark was necessary for responses from users without account.

Maybe you (or I) could add some more information about the "Anonymous response" feature. Maybe as some form of info tooltip or something.

@Chartman123 I did a quick prototype for the settings tab, the global form settings are still missing.
MR will follow. I'm open to suggestions, as I'm not really into frontend stuff.
