Redundant scan of photos.

I launched the command : ./occ maps:scan-photos
I have seen that files are scanned with regards too the visibility of photos by users.
But when we have some shared directories of photos, between different users, it's a waist of time and place in the database....
In my case I have a shared directory by a user containing more than 22k photos, and shared to at least 6 users...

One whould have rather scan files on the basis of ownership (Presence of the files in the files system under the user specific space), then link the photo metadata to the users having access.

In the hope to improve this application.
