enable "Open in Word" option

since there are some layout change when we open docs in edit mode, I want to have built-in Office Online Server option which make docs to be opened in local app ( Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel). When I open office document such as .docx or .xlsx file, I do not see the "Open in Word" option. (like what we can find in SharePoint (integrated with office online))

I searched and found that the ClientURL property should be set in CheckFileInfo inside WOPI Handler https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37276654/edit-in-word-using-wopi-and-office-online-server

and the value for this property should be in webdav compliant format

could you please guide me how can I implement this feature in this app?
