Steps to reproduce

1. Open a xlsx file in office online that has several tabs. The tabs are visbile and selectable

2. Share the file via "share as link"
3. Open the share link in private session or other browser
   The footer of Nextcloud is shown, but the tabs are not selectable

Expected behaviour

Tabs of the sheet should be selectable

Actual behaviour

tabs are not selectable

Server configuration

Web server: Nginx

Database: MySQL 11.4

Problem still exists with Nextcloud 30.0.9

workaround is to use this code in the custom_css app:
#officeonline-wrapper { top: 0 !important; }

@johnakerlund - thanks, but this custom_css was already in place - doesn't make a difference here, also no change when I remove it.
