UnexpectedValueException: Log file not available

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in as admin
2. Choose settings -> logging (from administration menu)
3. Select the 3 dots next to "Level" and click on "Download logs"

Expected behaviour

Server should collect logging data and offer result as a downloadable file

Actual behaviour

Error comes up - Internal sever error (on screen - see attachment). Logging says:

if this file is owned by the user root, you can correct this

chown www-data:www-data /var/www/nextcloud/data/.ocdata

if this file is owned by the user root, you can correct this

@mr-bolle: File is already owned by www-data. So chown will have no effect, am I right?

I'm not sure whether .ocdata shouldn't contain any data...?!

Mine says its owned by www-data as well, I think there's an issues with NC15

I'll try to understand what file "Dispatcher.php" contains. It is some time ago I'd programmed PHP code :-(
So lets see if I can restart my brain regarding that PHP stuff :-)

If you want to dig some more the error message is coming from there. You could start by some var_dump($this->log) before the if to check why $this->log is not an instance of Log.

@rullzer introduced by 9319d55 not sure how to fix this. Before a instance of OC\Log has been passed to LogSettingsController after OC\AppFramework\Logger.
