Contacts API: expose enabled property for addressbooks

The PHP Contacts API should expose the {http://owncloud.org/ns}enabled property.

The properties are in oc_properties, so we need to inject CustomPropertiesBackend into AddressBookImpl (same with CalendarImpl).
