Unable to edit admin's quota and groups

Steps to reproduce

1. Login using an admin account
2. Go to Settings -> Users
3. Try to add / remove Admin account to / from group or change its quota

Expected behaviour

Admin accounts should be able to change their quota and add / remove themselves to/from groups, but not be able to remove themselves from admin group.

Actual behaviour

Edit option is missing for admin accounts:

Operating system: Debian 10

Web server: Apache 2.4.38

Database: MariaDB 10.3.22

PHP version: 7.3.14

Nextcloud version: 18.0.1

Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: fresh install

@dirdi Sorry that I said to open an issue. I didn't find anything on the first run because it wasn't directly linked to quotas.

@tflidd: Don't worry! Since you urged us to open a bug report, I was just astounded that it was closed immediately - but it's okay ;D

However, I was able to remove the quota for my admin account by manipulating the oc_preferences table using phpMyAdmin:

Maybe this workaround is helpful to others, too.

Updated to 18.0.3 yesterday. Still can't edit my (admins) group membership in user management. Is a fix planned? Sorry for posting in multiple threads. Don't know which one is active and confused it states "closed" everywhere but it isn't?!
