Activities for permission and group membership changes

Add activity entry, whenever:

• a share permission was changed (can be happen by a re-share that the initiator changes a permission for the recipient of a re-share) -> write to the activity stream of the owner
• a group membership changed (a user was added/removed from a group) -> write to the activity stream of the admin users
• a group folder permission was changes (advanced permissions) -> write to the activity stream of the advance-permission-admins of the given group folder

These sound like good candidates for the category of activities currently classified as "Security" (#27841)
