[BITV] Help pages - Window title must change when switching sidebar sections

For the sidebar sections, it makes sense to change the title.

Now, for the embedded pages, when rendered, these also have sections. I'm not sure if we can also update the main page title for that, it might not be technically feasible as we might not have access to the iframe contents.
