[Bug]: Header logo image wrongly resized after upgrade to 25.0.3

Bug description

After upgrading to 25.0.3 the header logo image appears wrongly resized (does not fit in the 50 pixel height), as shown in the attached image

Even adding an ad-hoc resized logo in the "header logo" setting does not fix the problem.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure custom logo in Admin Settings -> Theming
2. Upgrade to 25.0.3 (from 25.0.2 in my case)
3. Header logo appears wrongly resized

Expected behavior

Logo should fit entirely in the header.
