NC 11.0.2 - unable to access files on ftps shares

Expected behavior

Nextcloud should be able to access files on ftps shares and should be able to generate and display previews for files located on these shares.

Current behavior

Nextcloud displays files on a ftps share but cannot open them nor generates previews for e.g. jpg files on a these shares (PureFTPd). Instead the following error messages are written to the log file:

Steps to reproduce

1. Check that the ftps share has correctly been mounted.

2. Access the ftps share

3. Check if the files can be accessed or preview files are generated for image files

4. Check the content of the Nextcloud log fi.e

Can you try whether https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/3937/files helps?
apply the change (lowercase k) and then readd the storage

@nickvergessen I've patched the file as requested but it didn't fix the problem and the same error messages are logged.

Today I've upgrade my server to Nextcloud 12.0.3 but I still cannot see files on my FTP share using the ftp or ftps protocol, although the mount status itself is in "green" state.

The problem still persists with Nextcloud 13.0.5. If someone is willing to analyze further, I'm more than happy to assist debugging it. The problem now exists for more than 1 year and I seem not the only one having that problem, so I would expect that it would be worse to spend some more time to debug it.

To summarize the problem:

• The FTP mount status is "green".
• The files on the FTP share are shown and its size is correctly displayed.
• If I klick on a file it is not opened and an error is displayed.
• If I try to create e.g. a text file on that FTP share, it is created as an empty file.
