Slow logout on Chrome-like browsers

Bug description

It seems it is due to "Clear-Site-Data": #17784.
It is related to the issue #9179 but the issue is closed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a running Nextcloud instance
2. Log in
3. Log out
4. Wait 30 secs+ because of Clear-Site-Data crap

No issues logging out fast on Safari.

Expected behavior

1. Have a running Nextcloud instance
2. Log in
3. Log out
4. Wait 2 secs max.

Looks like #37405 (introduced in v27.0.0) effectively removed #17784.

Even though this is a Chrome/Chromium issue, it's clearly still around so guess special handling may still be needed...
