[Bug]: Translation function malfunction #47504

Bug description
Some of the translation functions aren't working properly.
A translated comment for "Create new" will be displayed for a moment, but it will be in English.

Steps to reproduce
1.It will always be reproduced if you display the file list.
Expected behavior
The translated comment will be displayed.
