[Bug]: Nextcloud 31: Readme.md not showing on publicly shared folder #51188

Bug description
When sharing a folder publicly the Readme.md file inside the folder is not displayed as the folders description above the file list.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a folder with a Readme.md inside
- Share a folder publicly
- Access the share link
Expected behavior
In previous versions the Readme.md file was displayed as the folders description. The contents were immediately visible without having to access the Readme.md file. This is no longer the case
