The date packer does not show the day of the month in IE  #8484

Steps to reproduce

  1. open site in ver 13 with IE 11
  2. Goto either contacts or share files and choose a date field
  3. Using the pick a date field the days of the month that have more than 1 digit the second digit is blocked.

Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen
the day of the month should be available ie 12 , 22

Actual behavior

The data shows as 1.. or 2..

Without access to your command line download the data/owncloud.db to your local
computer or access your SQL server remotely and run the select query:
SELECT * FROM `oc_appconfig` WHERE `appid` = 'user_ldap';


Eventually replace sensitive data as the name/IP-address of your LDAP server or groups.
