Since PHP 7.x is a prerequisite for nextcloud 14, xcache can be removed. According to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/xcache/xgEnMwcqpZQ there will be no version for PHP 7.x.

Makes total sense. If it is no longer supported on 7 no need to ship it.
