Usage report on web

I would like to see usage report on web. It could be a new app icon only for admin, or display in personal or admin tab if signed in user is admin.

In NC flow you can run an external script. Would it be possible to use NC flow to run the script from an admin setting page?

is it possible to force the display with a limited number of row per page?(without possibility to configure the number of displayed row and may be a search box for searching in displayed result)

I am curious about the mentioned performance implications.
In the current accounts overview, the used storage quota is calculated for the users shown as well. So I thought the impact might not be too bad.
Or is that less impactful, as only a few accounts are pulled at a time? That could also be the solution for this app.
It would also be possible to generate the report through background jobs and then display it. It would only be regenerated every so often or upon request.

Or is this app more resource heavy, because it is doing other calculations as well?
