Follow up to automated update of the vendored subrepo in the previous commit.

This automated PR was made as part of nextstrain/public#39, but was not completely necessary because the vendored subrepo was an older copy that did not include the The changes were easy enough to fix so I'm merging this PR just to keep things up-to-date. |
