BOLT-LMM is a GWAS and mixed-model association toolkit for large-scale cohorts. This PR adds the new bolt/reml nf-core module so pipelines can run BOLT-LMM REML heritability estimation workflows in a standards-compliant, reusable DSL2 component.
The test suite reuses existing nf-core/test-datasets inputs and setup-generated derivatives, so no companion test-data PR was required for this submission.
