Changes vs 3.3a are located at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/tmux/tmux/3.4/CHANGES. Cherry-pick my upstream commit upgrading to 3.4, and the tmux upgrades prior to that, so that I stop crashing tmux every time I try to copy.
