PyPI description for our modules is terrible! 😖 #1609

Description of issue
The description we use in PyPI is a copy of the nimi-python repository. So when a customer searches for "NI-DCPower Python" and land there (the right place) the description talks about nimi-python and codegeneration, not about nidcpower.
The rest of the info is nidcpower specific and relevant. But not the most important part - the beginning.
