Should we provide helpers for baud rate bitfields

Baud rate is actually a bitfield with a lot of special values.

We can expose the bitfield directly or we can interpret the bitfield and return the different supported values.

Custom baud rates are commonly used, especially for CAN FD applications where they are almost a requirement.

Adding helper functions to make life easier on the customer would help improve supportability and is worth the investment early on. The C API includes helper macros in the header file for this purpose.
