- Fix repo links (v1d0b0t → nickvido)
- Rewrite README to reflect actual CLI commands (transform, backfill, fetch, milestones)
- Document real architecture and data flow
- Add credits section
- Move planned features (sync engine, bill ingestion, vote attachment, web content build) to ROADMAP.md
