Interpretation of clsa:ComplexCodeListBinding #2
Description
This appinfo does not appear in the NIEM model. I'm not convinced of the need for this binding. I'm not convinced that it is a code list binding. But I am convinced that the implementation juice is not worth the squeeze. So I'm not implementing this binding in CMF or CMFTool. Change my mind.
