The previous PR already created an AAPS notification when a connection issue occurs.

The red exclamation mark here is intended to visually guide the user’s attention to this area, indicating that re-authorization may be required.

This PR fixes the issue where, after the connection is successfully restored, the red exclamation mark will be cleared.
