MCW is not receiving requests for logs from submitting sites #182

Is your proposal related to a problem?
I'm not receiving requests for logs from those submitting requests for logs and this process does not seem to be fully documented.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'm like to see a documented process including :
- How requests are submitted. ( Existing Log request form )
- How the MCW data node will receive requests and how to securely return logs to those submitting.
- As we're using stock ELK and logstash, a definition of the query and fields to be returned for a given request.
May I suggest that the Log request Form be enhanced to optionally let the participant select the data-node in question in the case where it's failing on one node only. In this way MCW does not need to run reports when it's not relevant .
Also may I suggest that results could be uploaded to Synapes.org and shared with the original requestor and tom.yu
