NMR sample defintion #2
Description
NMR sample definition is too detailed and liquid state oriented and it focuses on specific experiments. We need to shorten the definition to include only:
"A sample that has been prepared for chemical analysis by NMR"
This was discussed with Johannes and Stefan in the task force meeting
