Convert data/time to Temporal API #183
Description
Now the Temporal API reached stage 4, we can start using it. At the moment we should use it only on the build time and server size rendered pages, and skip this for now for the client implementation. There are plenty of places where we use date/time on the page, and most of the instances are ready for conversion.
