Show Issue Description and Comments

Clearly this was omitted intentionally for a good reason that I do not yet understand, but in the spirit of pitching in I wanted to add this anyway:

The issue comments are a fundamental part of properly triaging the issues, and the Open joyent/node#xxx in a new tab button is likely to be clicked every time an issue is loaded for triaging.

Ideally the comments could be loaded automatically and presented to the user to reduce the need for the user to open a separate tab.

Highlighting rules and minor alterations could be used to visually emphasize portions of the comments that may be helpful.

If you guys agree that this would be beneficial and if you think its possible, I'd be willing to build it and submit a PR.
