Linking of issues isn't two way

I have just spent a some time linking the node/npm PATH bugs on windows.
I was then given a one of the bugs that I linked to as a new bug to resolve.

Is this by design or does something need patching here?

It would great to have nodebugme automatically take issues marked as duplicates by users out of their pool. Ideally this would involve beefing up the interface for adding duplicate issue numbers so we can ensure that they're in a certain format once they reach the server.
