Messaging and decisions regarding libuv 2.0

@nodejs/collaborators please have a look at libuv/libuv#1931 for a woefully incomplete summary of a discussion we've had at Node Summit regarding how to mitigate potential breakage introduced into the native addon ecosystem by bundling an ABI-incompatible libuv 2.0 with a future release of node.

This particular issue seems to have run its course. We should open a new one if this is still a discussion worth having, because at this point no one will see this or comment. Should probably provide more info as well as to whether we're any further along...
