What's the sense in having collaborators listed here, but not the TSC?

You're right. Either this should be left in, or the TSC members should be included in the list of collaborators.

I like being able to reference all of the TSC stuff directly in the repo. I also think that including the TSC in the readme is important as that is typically one of the first places a newcomer would look. I'm -1 |
