v7.19.0 - npm package does not match GitHub tag/release

Commit 9ec91609dd12c49d7d9a60aad4ad3ac89e944f05 was used to publish v7.19.0 to npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/undici/v/7.19.0#provenance-details-header.

But commit 761fce9aa842ebb784bd723d7885eaa431152e4c (which is the commit after the above commit in the main branch) was taggedv7.19.0: https://github.com/nodejs/undici/releases/tag/v7.19.0.

This appears to be a race condition. These two PRs were merged at nearly the same time.

The release workflow uses the default branch to generate the release/tag: https://github.com/nodejs/undici/blob/main/scripts/release.js#L50. This should probably be changed to reference the commit hash that triggered the release workflow to remove the potential race condition. PR incoming.
