17.9.0 build has stalled

@sxa not sure if the risc stuff killed the jobs on Friday, but it would be good if you could take a look at this when you're back on your work-day time

Unlikely - I removed the docker image I'd put on there which is all I'd done. I'd imagin it's over the edge on disk space since there's only 1.5Gb free

If it's safe to remove older stuff from staging/src we can probably get it running again - there's 7.7Gb in there just now

I've cleared some stuff out of staging/src and that has allowed it to work so hopefully once all the platforms have built (they're in progress now) that will allow it to send to the download directory - the process requires about 2Gb free in the file system to be able to build and push a new version out.
