SpecFact CLI needs a governed change that turns the 7 clean-code principles into explicit repo-level gates for instruction surfaces and repo review flows, after the review module exposes the required categories.
What Changes
- Add the
agent-instruction-clean-code-charter, clean-code-compliance-gate, and clean-code-loc-nesting-check capabilities.
- Consume the expanded review categories from
clean-code-02-expanded-review-module and keep zero clean-code regressions in repo-local review and CI.
- Keep IDE instruction files lightweight by referencing the canonical clean-code skill instead of duplicating the full charter.
- Track downstream deltas in
policy-02, profile-01, governance-01, governance-02, validation-02, dogfooding-01, and cli-val-01.
