Description

Finalize backlog daily/refine improvements for everyday standup/refinement workflows with complete comment context handling and aligned filters.

• Fixed misplaced @require/@ensure decorators in GitHubAdapter so contract binding applies to update_backlog_item(...) (not supports_add_comment()).
