TickTimer v0.1 by ir0nfist - Posk on Teal - among others
Instructions:
Extract to a folder of your choice.
Run the TickTimer.exe
Click the Timer to show the settings.  Adjust them as you choose.  Press enter in the input boxes to see changes.
Color?  Find a html color chart eg #ffffff, and restructure it like so 0xffffff.
Click Reset to Reset your tick timer (time with your med ticks or what have you).
Click the Timer again to save as well as apply changes.
Click and drag the Timer to move it.  Toggle the settings to save position.
To exit, right click the window icon in your task bar and close.
Things not working after you changed something?  Delete settings.ini
