Translate length on byte array

Following dotnet/efcore#13487, tests GearsOfWarQueryNpgsqlTest.{Byte_array_filter_by_length_literal,Byte_array_filter_by_length_literal_does_not_cast_on_varbinary_n}.

Watch out for issues between bytea and PG arrays (e.g. #1196)

@ygoe yes - although note that translating length on byte arrays simply hasn't been implemented yet (the error is indeed misleading and makes it look like a bug). In the EF Core repo this was tracked as dotnet/efcore#13487, and has only been merged for 5.0.0.

So for now you'll have to use raw SQL query to use this (or client eval, which would bring over the data to the client)... I'll try to finish this for the 1st preview of 5.0.0.

OK thanks. I'm not in a hurry, just adding a bytea column to my schema and checking whether this is a good idea for longer. EF Core v5 should be fine.
